Who is SiSU Health?

The SiSU Health Station offers a thorough 4-minute Health Check and guides you to the SiSU Portal, where you can review your results, complete a Health Assessment, and enroll in our health plans and programs.

The SiSU Health Station and SiSU Portal are intended for your personal use and are not associated with any HR or management processes utilized by your employer.

Can my employer see my data? (Corporate)

Your personal data is linked to your account solely through an encrypted email address, ensuring that your information remains unidentifiable.

Your anonymous data, aggregated with other employee information to maintain anonymity, will be shared with your employer to assess health trends, evaluate program effectiveness, and assist in planning future health initiatives for the company.

Under no circumstances will this data be identifiable unless you are given the option to explicitly agree to share identifiable information, such as your interest in a company-related product or service.

Why do I need to provide an email address?

An email address is necessary to create a unique login for each member. By setting up an account, you will enjoy a seamless transition from the SiSU Health Station to the SiSU Portal. This email address is also essential for setting and resetting your password.

You can use any email address you prefer; however, we recommend using your personal email address to ensure you can continue your SiSU Health journey in the long term.

Is the SiSU Health Station and my data secure?

Your health data deserves maximum security. At SiSU Health, we are dedicated to safeguarding your personal information. We have received certification for the Information Security Management Standard, ISO 27001:2023, and the Quality Management for Medical Devices Standard, ISO 13485:2016.

We employ a combination of hardware, software, and physical security measures to protect our SiSU Health Stations, SiSU Portal, and the database where information is stored. We utilize individual-record level encryption for data at rest and ensure data is encrypted during transit using compliant Transport Layer Security.
