What does a SiSU Health Station measure?

The SiSU Health Station offers precise measurements of

  • Height
  • Weight
  • Body Mass Index (BMI)
  • Blood Pressure
  • Heart Rate 
  • Body Fat Percentage

 

Certain stations may provide additional measurements such as; 


  • Heart Age - This indicates the health status of your heart
  • PSS4 - Assesses the extent to which events in one's life over the past month are considered stressful
  • PAI - Activity Survey – Evaluates how active your lifestyle is.
  • QRisk 3 - Evaluates the risk of experiencing a heart attack or stroke within the next 10 years
  • Audit-C - is an alcohol screening tool that aids in identifying patients who may be hazardous drinkers or those with active alcohol use disorders (including alcohol abuse or dependence).
